Here's the world-first element, dubbed (by me) the reverse zero-g roll; instead of doing a full 360 degree rotation you go 180 degrees left, then back 180 degrees right...
This is the first of two elements unique to an inverted roller coaster, this one being the pretzel loop (notice the interlocking entrance and exit)...
Right after the pretzel loop is the second world-first inverted element: the inclined loop...
